Dr. Avinoam Dukler - Co-Founder, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Avinoam Dukler - Co-Founder, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Built and led Glycominds from the start of the company; co-inventor of the Company’s glycan technology. Prior to founding Glycominds, Dr. Dukler served as a Major in the elite High-Tech Intelligence Unit of the Israel Defense Forces where he was responsible for technology and management. Dr. Dukler has a B.S., Cum Laude, in biology and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University. 
 
Mr. Steven B Lehrer President, Glycominds Inc.
Mr. Lehrer joined Glyominds in 2004 as President of its US Subsidary, Glycominds Inc. Prior to Glycominds, Mr. Lehrer was CEO of DNA Sciences, a leading pharmcogenetics company that provided genetic testing to the pharmaceutical industry and commercialized 2 new genetic diagnostic tests. Prior to DNA Sciences, he was a Division President at The Monsanto Company leading efforts to commercialize agriculture biotechnology, bioconversion and healthcare services, starting several new successful business for Monsanto. Mr. Lehrer was previously an Engagement Manager at McKinsey&Co. and a Technical Brand Manager at Procter &Gamble. Mr. Lehrer has a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a B.S., Cum Laude, in Chemical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
 
Dr. Nir Dotan- Co-Founder and CTO, VP Research and Development
Led Glycominds’ glycan technology development from the start of the company. Prior to Glycominds, Dr. Dotan was involved in both the development and implementation of technology for self-assembly of nanostructures and worked in protein engineering, molecular modeling, molecular biology and nanotechnology. Dr. Dotan served as Air Force pilot in the Israeli IDF. Dr. Dotan has a B.S. In Biology, Cum Laude, and a Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University. 
 
Dr. Jennifer YardenDirector of Clinical Development
Dr. Yarden joined Glycominds in 2007. Prior to Glycominds, Dr. Yarden was Scientific Writer and Senior Clinical Research Associate of Deep Breeze, Israel, managing clinical trials. Her responsibilities included clinical trial design, statistical analysis, trial reporting, staff training, physician liaison and regulatory submissions. Dr. Yarden has over 10 years experience in diagnostics, and expertise in biomarkers, biostatistics, immunology, GCP, disease genetics, molecular biology, lung sound visualization and respiratory, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Dr. Yarden has a B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Cum Laude, and a Ph.D. in Medical Science from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.
 
Mrs. Benita Elkon Baitner Director of Marketing and Sales 
Mrs. Elkon Baitner joined Glycominds in late 2008. Prior to Glycominds Mrs. Elkon Baitner was the Product Manager of Humira in Israel, Abbott’s multi-billion dollar product, and led the product’s launch in Israel. Prior to Abbott, Mrs. Elkon Baitner served as a Product Specialist in Pfizer for Cardiovascular products, introducing new products and leading activities in marketing, launch and reimbursement. Prior to joining industry she was a Nurse Inspector for the Ministry of Health in Jerusalem, presiding over 160 nurses. Mrs. Elkon Baitner is a certified ICU nurse from Haddasah Medical Center in Jerusalem.

Glycominds Inc., CLIA Laboratory
Mr. Randy Ringold General Manager, Glycominds, Laboratory Services Division.
Mr. Ringold has been charted for the development and ongoing management of Glycominds USA Laboratory, a project focused on gMS testing services for the North American market. Currently, Mr. Ringold is the Founder and President of VDxI, a company dedicated to the development and clinical testing of innovative biomarkers for the companion animal market. Mr. Ringold has a 28 year tenure in the IVD industry and has held senior level management positions as : Vice President, WW Sales and Marketing at Nichols Institute, a division of Quest Diagnostics (NYSE:DGX) , leading to expand the global presence of esoteric testing throughout the US, Europe, Japan, and Latin America. Prior Quest, Mr. Ringlosed served as VP, Sales at Sysmex, introducing more than six new devices including total lab automation and led the transition from the use of distributors to direct sales. WW marketing director at Baxter Healthcare, Paramax division, and other key sales and marketing roles within Scientific Products, Dade, and MicroScan. Mr. Ringold has a bachelors in biology and an MBA from California State University, Northridge and is a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
